What’s Roasting Now?

Our single-origin lineup evolves throughout the year, featuring new harvests and smallholder coffees that capture the best of each region. Explore what’s fresh from the roaster.

Ethiopia Sidamo | Citrusy & Crisp: Established in 2018, Ayla Washing Station sources coffee from smallholder farmers cultivating at high elevations in Sidamo. The land is tended to using traditional methods, using no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Fertile soil and a favorable climate contribute to the clarity and fruity complexity in the cup.
Best for: Pour-over or Cold Brew.

Colombia Pink Bourbon | Floral & Light: A rare varietal celebrated for its nuance. Expect tropical fruit, honeysuckle, and a tea-like body that rewards slow brewing. Many compare the Pink Bourbon to the Geisha flavor profile, which is characterized by floral and fruity notes.
Best for: Pour-over or Chemex.

Colombia Tolima | Toasted Nut & Chocolate: Grown in Colombia's renowned Tolima region, this washed coffee delivers a rich, approachable cup with notes of toasted nut, chocolate, and subtle caramel sweetness. Its full body and balanced character make it equally enjoyable black or paired with milk.
Best for: Espresso, Drip or French Press.

Peru Jaén | Chocolate & Cashew: Sourced from the high-altitude growing region of Jaén in northern Peru, this washed-process coffee offers notes of chocolate and roasted cashew with a thick body and low acidity. The result is a smooth, satisfying cup with a lingering bittersweet finish.
Best for: Drip or Espresso.

Why Single Origin Matters.

Behind every coffee is a place — altitude, soil, variety, and farmer. At Chapter Coffee, we roast each origin differently, bringing forward what that bean was meant to express.

Single-origin coffee should dance on your palate and tell a story. Is it full-bodied with notes of chocolate, or bright and floral with citrus? The beauty of single-origin coffee is that nothing is blended, nothing hidden, just a true reflection of where it came from and the hands that shaped it.

A single-origin cup invites you to slow down and notice: the fruit in an Ethiopian, the chocolate in a Nicaraguan, the syrupy sweetness of an Indonesian. It’s a reminder that great coffee isn’t meant to taste the same every time.
